A Radio Technician tests, inspects and repairs radio and wireless broadcast and communications equipment. Often requires driving to locations, sometimes remote to perform on site technical support.
Job Summary We are seeking Junior System Aides to support radio calibration, programming, and communication equipment for a public sector technology project. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level IT or electronics professionals looking to gain hands-on technical experience. Responsibilities Perform basic radio calibration and programming. Configure, test, and maintain communication equipment. Follow technical procedures and maintain accurate records. Provide general technical support as assigned. Assist with hardware setup, testing, and troubleshooting. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic IT, electronics, hardware, or communication systems knowledge. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Must be able to pass a background investigation. Must be available to start on August 17, 2026 . Preferred Qualifications Experience with radio programming, RF equipment, or communication systems. Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Electronics Technician, RF Technician, Radio Technician, Hardware Technician, or Field Service Technician roles. Basic knowledge of networking and communication devices.
