They are responsible for overseeing the execution of refrigeration rack and case maintenance and service by our refrigeration vendors, ensuring refrigeration issues are rapidly resolved to support our stores. The Refrigeration Service Coordinator reports to the Divisional Refrigeration Supervisor.

Additional responsibilities include:

ensuring vendors meet the defined expectations of refrigeration service agreements ensuring vendor compliance with refrigerant emission regulations overseeing proper setup and operations of energy management systems (EMS) in retail locations evaluating refrigeration and HVAC system operations and coordinating vendor response to remedy deficiencies coordinating refrigeration installations and case refurbishments for retail locations (new stores and remodels) coordinating and executing refrigeration program projects
