Join a critical operations team responsible for maintaining and supporting essential plant utility systems that help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced ammonia refrigeration systems, HCFC systems, hot water systems, air compressors, waste treatment operations, and other key facility infrastructure. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining operational excellence while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Team members have opportunities to expand their technical expertise, participate in specialized training programs, and contribute to workplace safety initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, safety-focused, and eager to continue developing their skills in industrial maintenance and refrigeration operations. Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration, HCFC, hot water, air compressor, and waste treatment systems.
- Support safe and efficient facility operations through proactive equipment monitoring and maintenance.
- Follow OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and related systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, management, operations personnel, and contractors.
- Participate in ongoing training and technical skill development.
- Support emergency response preparedness and safety programs as required.
- Utilize maintenance and business software systems to document and manage work activities.
