Job DescriptionBosch Home Comfort is seeking a Run Tester. This position performs critical testing on assembled units to ensure performance meets all specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesRead and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructionsSet up and test refrigeration units for operation and run until stabilizedTroubleshoot performance issues when problems ariseSet up testing equipment and perform checks including compressor performance, pressure cutouts, and temperature readingsTest components and subassemblies according to specificationsComplete required reports, checklists, and rejection tagsIdentify causes of abnormal quality conditions and report findingsMaintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in HVAC, testing, manufacturing preferredAbility to read OMS and quality specificationsExcellent attention to detailCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement supportAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans

Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this position, associates are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, extreme heat, and outdoor weather conditions. Noise levels are typically loud.
