No nights, no weekends, no major holidays - consistent work-life balance Monday-Friday schedule (day shift) Competitive pay: $24-$28/hour (based on experience) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off + paid holidays Employee discount On-the-job training and growth opportunities What You'll Do This is a hands-on role supporting multiple aspects of the business, including service, installation, and logistics: Install and repair walk-in coolers and commercial refrigeration systems Perform warranty work, including compressor replacements Prepare and stage equipment for delivery and install Receive, load, and unload equipment Deliver and install equipment at customer locations Start-up and ensure proper operation of installed equipment What We're Looking For Refrigeration/HVAC experience required Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Team player with a strong work ethic Takes pride in quality work and customer satisfaction Willingness to learn and grow within the company Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles Must be insurable under company policy Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing, reaching) EPA Type II certification (preferred)

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shift
