  • ManufacturingPosition Overview This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems used in environmental test equipment and 13cbf lines refrigeration Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and controls.
Diagnose refrigeration and electrical system problems using gauges, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools. Perform brazing, soldering, leak detection, evacuation, and refrigerant charging. Read and interpret refrigeration schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot and repair low
  • and line-voltage electrical controls, relays, contactors, sensors, and wiring.
Support mechanical assembly and equipment rework as needed. Work with engineering and production teams to identify equipment issues and corrective actions. Document repairs, parts used, root causes, and completed work. Assist and mentor less-experienced technicians when needed. Requirements Experience as a Refrigeration Technician
  • Manufacturing 5+ years of hands-on refrigeration service, repair, or manufacturing experience.
Strong refrigeration troubleshooting skills. Experience with brazing, evacuation, leak detection, and refrigerant charging. Ability to troubleshoot electrical controls and wiring. Ability to read refrigeration and electrical schematics. Experience working independently and taking repairs from diagnosis through completion. EPA Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM onsite. Preferred Experience Manufacturing or industrial refrigeration experience. Environmental test chamber experience. Cascade refrigeration or ultra-low-temperature systems. PLC or controller-based equipment. Mechanical assembly or fabrication. EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
