You will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of refrigeration units. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our refrigeration systems, contributing to the overall productivity and safety of our operations. Your technical skills and attention to detail will help maintain high standards of performance and compliance. This role will support 5 th Shift, not including any mandated over-time
MONDAY & FRIDAY

SATURDAY & SUNDAY 10
00AM•10:00PM Please note training may take place during a different shift DUTIES Balances air conditioning and ventilation systems using instruments such as, anonometer, and draft gages; adjusts dampers, actuators, and mechanical linkage to obtain proper flow across filters, coils etc. Operates, troubleshoots and maintains HVAC, exhaust, refrigeration and hydronic systems including air handler units, hot water/steam heat exchanger, process coolers, large tonnage chillers, dry coolers and associated pumping systems. Routinely performs preventive maintenance tasks on equipment including lubricating, belt adjusting, verifying pump operation, inspecting ductwork/removing debris, checking chlorinator operation. Maintaining/inspecting pneumatic control air compressors/associated devices. Inspects/adjusts/replaces/calibrates temperature and pressure controls. Monitors building systems operation through BAS computer making adjustments and or changes as needed. Works from blueprint and schematic information including piping/ductwork layouts. Understands and applies HVAC & refrigeration concepts throughout different compressor/control systems using low/high pressure refrigerants
