Service Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our Shamrock team. In this role, you will provide equipment installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and removal services at customer locations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, building customer relationships, and delivering excellent service. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will provide reactive, installation, preventative maintenance, and removal services on customer-owned beverage equipment. You will also build strong relationships with our customers and maintain the highest standards of service and customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose beverage equipment problems during reactive service calls Complete repairs according to work orders and contractual deadlines Install and remove beverage equipment at customer locations You will be responsible for following EPA guidelines for storage of refrigerant supplies and EPA guidelines for charging/evacuation of refrigeration system. Complete equipment projects and preventive maintenance services Inspect equipment and identify additional service or replacement needs Make equipment recommendations to customers when appropriate Communicate customer needs and sales opportunities to the Sales Department Maintain accurate service records and documentation Build strong working relationships with customers Represent Shamrock professionally at customer locations Follow company safety procedures and service standards Required Qualifications Valid state-issued driver's license HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification required Ability to work independently while traveling between customer locations Strong communication and customer-service skills Skills & Competencies Ability to use basic hand tools Familiarity with power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist throughout the workday Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Work Schedule Mon-Fri and Weekends, based on business needs Overtime available Participate in on-call rotation (every 4 weeks once fully trained). Salary Range:
$30-35.00 (Starting pay will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)
