Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Beverage & Beer Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, operating, and maintaining beverage dispensing systems (soda, beer, wine, CO₂). Your expertise will ensure our clients' systems operate smoothly, delivering top-quality service and products. Duties Clean, repair, and maintain soda and beer systems, including bar soda guns, bag-in-box racks, and carbonation/nitrogen systems. Assist with beer and soda system installations. Read and interpret schematics to accurately diagnose system problems and implement effective solutions. Utilize your mechanical knowledge to assemble new equipment or replace faulty parts to restore optimal operation. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs, maintenance schedules, and system performance. Participate in on-call rotation (every 4 weeks once fully trained). Job Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair and equipment troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams for complex systems. Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC units, electrical wiring, and electrical components. Previous field service or service technician experience working on beverage or refrigeration equipment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable in a loosely structured environment. Strong desire to learn and succeed in a new trade. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid MN driver's license and clean driving record.
