This position requires up to 100% travel throughout the service region.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise refrigeration installation crews. Plan and assign daily work. Interpret blueprints and specifications. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment. Ensure code compliance and quality. Train and mentor technicians. Maintain documentation. Communicate with customers and project managers. Support startup and commissioning. Promote teamwork and accountability. Enforce OSHA and company safety policies. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 7+ years commercial refrigeration installation experience. Leadership experience preferred. EPA 608 Universal Certification. Valid driver's license.
