Duffy's AIS Commercial Service Technician Buffalo, NY Pay:

Up to $45/hour | Full-time Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced Candidates! Duffy's AIS is looking for an experienced Commercial Service Technician to join our team! If you have a background in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, or a related trade, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work while continuing to grow your expertise. What You Will Do As a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician, you'll be the face of Duffy's AIS in the field, helping our customers keep their businesses running.

Your day-to-day work will include:

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls

Provide professional, courteous customer service

Communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, and Sales

Order parts and complete service paperwork

Maintain your service vehicle

Participating in an on-call rotation and ongoing training Equipment You Will Work On You will work with a wide variety of commercial refrigeration and food service equipment, including: Walk-In/Reach-In Coolers & Freezers

• Prep Tables
• Ice Machines
• Ovens
• Fryers
• Compressors and more!

Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, or related service experience; 5+ years preferred.

Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Dependable, organized, and professional

Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company safety standards

Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen

Must be at least 18 years old Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and/or foodservice service experience

EPA 608 Certification

CFESA Certification

Factory training or related manufacturer certifications
