Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Chiller Technician to install, service, and maintain portable chiller and HVAC systems across commercial properties. You will handle start-up, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration, pumps, and controls, execute preventive maintenance, and support emergency response for critical environments. Working within JLL's client-focused, performance-driven culture, you'll collaborate with facility teams, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and document work in JLL systems while gaining exposure to high-profile real estate portfolios. Responsibilities Install, start up, and service mobile chillers and related HVAC equipment at client facilities and temporary sites Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on refrigeration, pumps, controls, and power connections Conduct system inspections, safety checks, and performance testing to ensure reliable, efficient operation Coordinate mobilization, rigging, and demobilization of portable chiller units in collaboration with vendors and site teams Document work orders, maintenance logs, and service reports accurately in JLL systems Support emergency response, after-hours calls, and critical facility operations as needed Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including refrigerant handling Collaborate with property, facility, and project managers to plan work, minimize downtime, and meet client SLAs Required Skills Mobile chiller installation and commissioning Commercial/industrial HVAC service Refrigeration systems troubleshooting Pump and piping systems Electrical and controls fundamentals Preventive and predictive maintenance EPA refrigerant handling practices Rigging and equipment mobilization CMMS/work order systems Safety and regulatory compliance
