This role requires a hands-on leader who ensures the efficient performance and reliability of refrigeration equipment while managing a team of technicians. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate refrigeration maintenance teams. Ensure proper functioning of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks. Manage scheduling and workflow of refrigeration projects. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
