Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial refrigeration and beverage systems. The ideal candidate works independently, communicates clearly with customers, follows safety procedures, and maintains accurate electronic documentation. Essential Responsibilities Diagnose and repair walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, reach-ins, prep tables, and under-counter refrigeration equipment

Install and replace refrigeration components

Locate refrigerant leaks; perform recovery, evacuation, and charging procedures

Diagnose and repair commercial ice machines

Service soda, beer, and glycol beverage systems

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance

Read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and manufacturer specifications

Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and refrigeration controls

Verify proper equipment operation before leaving each jobsite

Communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers

Maintain a clean work area and protect customer property

Follow OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures

Drive company vehicles safely and report accidents or unsafe conditions

Complete work orders and documentation in field service software

Maintain accurate truck inventory and report parts shortages

Protect confidential customer and company information Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of commercial refrigeration service experience preferred

EPA Universal Certification required

Ability to work independently on routine service calls

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience with commercial ice machines and beverage systems preferred

Manufacturer certifications and field service software experience preferred
