Refrigeration Technician:
Inspect equipment and provide customers with recommendations for equipment, major repairs, and system upgrade. Installation and repairs of new and existing refrigeration equipment. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations on commercial refrigeration equipment . Service a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, reach-in coolers & freezers, prep tables, ice machines, and display cases, etc.. Inspect equipment and provide customers with recommendations for equipment replacement, major repairs, and system upgrades. Travel to job locations via company vehicle Maintain communication with dispatcher on scheduled and emergency service, job status, and completion times. Effectively communicate directly with clients to meet their service needs Follow all company's procedures and protocols Build positive relationships with clients. Qualifications and Skills for
Refrigeration Techician:
Good problem solving and communication skills Minimum of 3 years' commercial refrigeration and/or kitchen equipment experience. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the service team.
