At R&R Heating, we believe in doing things the right way: Fix it before we replace it Equip the customer properly to make informed decisions if replacement is needed Find the root cause, not just the symptom Perform real maintenance, not a $20 gimmick designed just to get in the door Put the customer first, every time. We're still locally owned, and we're building technicians, not just selling equipment. Our in-house trainer develops our techs so they can become better diagnosticians and craftsmen. There's a lot of HVAC companies focused on moving boxes. That's not us. We're looking for an honest, skilled residential technician who takes pride in solving problems and doing right by the customer. If that sounds like you, come build your career with R&R Heating. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order Representing the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity Qualifications Valid EPA Section 608 Certification Electrical O6A Trainee License Gas Mechanical I License Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Clean driving record Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather and job site conditions Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required) Nate Certification Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with Service Titan What We Offer Clear career path and advancement opportunities Training Classes Competitive Pay and Spiffs Reimbursement for CEU and Licenses Full Time Trainer Paid time off and 6 paid holidays 80% company paid Medical & Dental insurance for employees Kayaks and paddleboards available for employee use Employer Paid Life Insurance with EAP Seasonal Event Tickets 401(k) with company match A team-focused culture that values safety, accountability, and growth Join the team that builds more than just HVAC systems—we build careers.
