Role Summary Located in Montgomery, AL, 36117, we are looking for a dedicated and talented Copy Machine Repair Technician to support our operations. You will be tasked with the upkeep, troubleshooting, and restoration of diverse office printing systems. If you possess a strong aptitude for technical repair and a commitment to high-quality service, we invite you to apply. Core Duties Identify and resolve technical malfunctions in office printing hardware. Conduct regular preventative maintenance to help ensure peak equipment reliability. Deliver outstanding support by resolving client questions and service needs. Maintain precise records of all service actions and technical interventions. Work alongside colleagues to boost overall service productivity and client happiness. Keep current with the latest developments and technical shifts in the printing industry. Oversee the stock levels of essential components and repair materials. Required Skills and Background Completion of secondary education; a technical credential in electronics or a relevant discipline is preferred. Demonstrated history of servicing and maintaining office printing or similar machinery. Advanced analytical and diagnostic capabilities. Superior verbal and interpersonal interaction skills. Capacity to operate autonomously and organize your schedule efficiently. Possession of a current driver's license and dependable personal transport.
