Service Technician Job Description Seeking a skilled Service Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain modular buildings and mobile office trailers. This hands-on role involves carpentry, light electrical work, plumbing, flooring, painting, HVAC maintenance, and general building repairs. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality workmanship and customer service. Responsibilities Inspect, repair, and prepare modular buildings for delivery and customer use. Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, HVAC maintenance, and general repairs. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and identify repair needs. Complete customer-requested building modifications. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory levels. Ensure units are delivery-ready and meet quality standards. Complete service documentation and work orders. Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Safely operate company vehicles and travel to job sites as needed. Essential Skills Carpentry experience required. Basic computer and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Electrical, plumbing, welding, or HVAC experience is a plus. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
