is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team in Little Rock, AR . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, solving problems, helping customers, and learning new skills. Previous cell phone repair experience is preferred, but not required. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of smartphones and electronic devices. Perform high-quality repairs while following company procedures and manufacturer standards. Provide friendly, professional customer service, explain repair options and recommendations. Assist customers with questions about devices, accessories, and available services. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Stay current on new devices, technology, repair techniques, and company processes. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and provide an exceptional customer experience. What We Are Looking For Previous cell phone repair or electronics experience preferred, but not required. Sales or retail experience preferred. Strong interest in technology and consumer electronics. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Reliable, dependable, and able to follow through on responsibilities. Coachable and willing to learn new skills and techniques. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
