Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Installer to join our team. This role focuses on installing hardware in new and existing residential homes, ensuring high-quality workman ship and attention to detail. This ideal candidate has experience with doors, cabinets, and interior hardware and takes pride in clean, precise installations.

Duties Install residential hardware including:

Interior and exterior door hardware (handle sets, levers, knobs, hinges, deadbolts) Cabinet Hardware(knobs, pull, hinges) Kitchen and bathroom hardware Read and interpret work orders, plans, and hardware schedules Accurately measure, drill, and align hardware for proper fit and function Ensure all installations meet quality standards and manufacture specifications Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean job site Identify and report and material shortages, damages, or installation issues Communicate professionally with projects managers, builders and homeowners Perform minor adjustments or correction as needed Requirements Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail and craftmanship Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed Experience installing residential hardware preferred

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
