This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoy problem-solving, and want to grow with an expanding company. Responsibilities Install iron and standard entry doors, sidelights, transoms, and glass inserts (with an assistant). Use forward-thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve job-site challenges. Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor while representing the company. Complete projects with precision, timeliness, and pride. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and business operations. Uphold company values, including integrity, honesty, and teamwork. Qualifications Proven experience installing entry doors and related components. Solid trim carpentry skills (including framing/trim around doors when required). Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality results. Ability to take initiative and work with minimal repeated instruction. Desire to take on increased responsibility, including training and managing others as the company grows. A collaborative mindset with a solution-oriented approach. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create positive client experiences. Current Driver's License, Safe driving record. Must pass background check and E-Verify. Why Join Our Team?
