Who We're Looking For We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Optical Lab Technician to help us deliver eyewear our customers will love. What You'll Do Operate and maintain optical lab equipment, including lens cutting, grinding, and polishing machines Assemble and fit lenses into frames accurately per customer prescriptions and orders Inspect finished lenses and eyewear for defects, ensuring all optical and physical specifications are met Perform final quality checks for alignment, fit, and finish Monitor and manage inventory of lenses, frames, and lab supplies Keep the lab area clean, organized, and equipment properly calibrated Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience with 7E and MEI edging equipment preferred Prior optical lab experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to problem-solve independently and manage your workload Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude Experience with optical lab software and related computer systems is a plus Why Join Us Collaborative and inclusive work environment Opportunities for career growth and development Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Wellness Stipend Free pair of sunglasses every month
