As one of the region's premier Specialized Bicycle dealers, we're continuing to grow and are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented service technicians to join our team. What You'll Do Build and assemble new Specialized bicycles to the highest standards. Perform repairs, maintenance, and tune-ups on all makes and models of bicycles. Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues, including e-bikes. Install and adjust components, accessories, suspension, and drivetrains. Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers and teammates. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area. Ensure every bike leaving the shop is safe, reliable, and ready to ride. What We're Looking For Previous bicycle mechanic experience preferred (shop experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with modern mountain, road, and e-bike platforms is a plus. Willingness to continue learning through Specialized training and certification opportunities. Compensation & Benefits $20-$25 per hour , based on experience. Paid 30-minute lunch. Employee discounts on bikes, parts, and accessories. Performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement.
