• Handyman & Home Repairs Red Stag Construction is looking for a reliable, experienced Field Service Technician to handle residential service and repair calls throughout the Los Angeles area.

This is a part-time, as-needed employee position , currently expected to provide approximately 1-2 days of work per week , with the opportunity for additional work as our service division grows. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled with repairs, but also professional and comfortable communicating directly with homeowners. The ideal candidate can diagnose a problem, explain the recommended solution, communicate professionally with the customer, and complete the work efficiently and correctly.

Typical Service Calls May Include:

Window and door repairs Window replacement evaluations and installations TV mounting Minor plumbing repairs and fixture replacement Drywall and patch repairs Hardware and fixture installation Carpentry and trim repairs General residential maintenance and punch-list work Troubleshooting common household repair issues

Responsibilities:

Travel to scheduled residential service calls throughout the Los Angeles area Diagnose repair and maintenance issues Explain recommended repairs and options clearly to homeowners Communicate pricing and scope professionally Complete approved repairs safely and efficiently Identify legitimate additional repair needs when appropriate Take before-and-after photos and document completed work Communicate job status, material needs, and follow-up requirements with the office Maintain a clean and professional work area Represent Red Stag Construction professionally in customers' homes

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in residential handyman, maintenance, remodeling, or service work Comfortable performing several different types of residential repairs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Good customer service and communication skills Comfortable discussing repair options and pricing with homeowners Able to work independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Basic hand and power tools Dependable, professional, and organized Interested in growing with a company long-term

This position is intended for someone interested in working as part of our company and growing with our service division. It is not a subcontractor or lead-sharing opportunity . Customer leads, scheduling, estimates, and service relationships are managed through Red Stag Construction.

Schedule:

Part-time / as needed, approximately 8-16 hours per week to start. Additional hours may become available as lead volume grows. Sales or customer-service experience is a plus.
