PM Reports To:

General Manager We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, present solutions, and complete residential plumbing and drain work. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on plumbing service experience and be comfortable running calls independently from diagnosis through completion. What You'll Do Run residential plumbing and drain service calls Diagnose water, drain, gas, fixture, and water heater issues Present customers with clear repair and replacement options Complete approved repairs safely and professionally Perform drain cleaning and hydrojetting Install and repair plumbing fixtures Service and install traditional and tankless water heaters Properly test completed work and minimize callbacks Document photos, notes, estimates, and completed work in ServiceTitan Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and the office Maintain a clean, professional work area and deliver a 5-star customer experience Required Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing technical/service experience , including: Plumbing diagnostics and repairs Drain cleaning and diagnostics Water and gas piping Fixture installation Traditional water heaters Tankless water heaters Hydrojet operation Experience using ServiceTitan is preferred. What Success Looks Like We're looking for technicians who consistently: Diagnose problems correctly Produce quality work with minimal callbacks Maintain accurate ServiceTitan documentation Communicate professionally with customers Present solutions without high-pressure sales tactics Meet established performance and revenue KPIs Maintain strong customer reviews and satisfaction Compensation $75,000-$120,000+ annual earning potential Compensation consists of a base rate plus commission , giving experienced, productive technicians the opportunity to increase their earnings based on performance.
