This position installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial coffee and beverage equipment at customer locations and in our service shop. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, working independently, and taking great care of customers. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial coffee and beverage equipment. Diagnose equipment problems and complete repairs efficiently and accurately. Perform preventative maintenance and respond to customer service calls and work orders. Provide professional, friendly customer service while representing Peerless in the field. Maintain accurate service records and keep company tools, vehicle, and parts organized. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills. Experience with beverage, foodservice, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical equipment preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Dependable, organized, customer-focused, and able to work independently. Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds. Schedule & Availability Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Some flexibility is required for occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Service Technicians also participate in an on-call rotation for emergency after-hours service.
