Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Keep tech equipment running smoothly: Maintain and manage inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets Perform tech installations: Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in meeting spaces.
Provide end-user training:
Offer technical support and training for hardware and software issues Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests for all technology equipment and flag any issues requiring further attention
