The ideal candidate is a skilled technician who enjoys building relationships with customers, providing education on system health, and presenting repair, replacement, and enhancement options that meet homeowners' needs. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and indoor air quality equipment. Accurately identify system deficiencies and communicate findings to homeowners. Educate customers on repair options, replacement opportunities, maintenance plans, indoor air quality products, and energy-efficient solutions. Present system enhancements and recommendations using a consultative sales approach. Generate revenue through repair sales, service agreements, indoor air quality products, accessory upgrades, and system replacement leads. Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Document diagnostics, repairs, recommendations, and customer interactions accurately. Ensure all work complies with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and sales training. Meet or exceed performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience. EPA Certification required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment. Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to homeowners. Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills. Ability to identify and present repair and replacement opportunities ethically and professionally. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with mobile technology, service software, and tablets. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
