Job Title:
Ferrari Master Technician Job Summary We are seeking an elite, factory-trained Ferrari Master Technician to join our Ferrari service center. This role is reserved for a highly skilled professional capable of diagnosing and repairing the most complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems while upholding Ferrari's uncompromising performance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on Ferrari vehicles, including drivability, electrical, and performance-related concerns Utilize Ferrari factory diagnostic tools, technical documentation, and service systems Lead troubleshooting efforts for high-level technical cases and repeat concerns Ensure all repairs meet Ferrari factory specifications and quality standards Conduct road tests and final quality inspections on high-performance vehicles Accurately document findings, diagnostics, and completed repairs Support and mentor other technicians as needed to maintain departmental excellence Collaborate closely with Service Management to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Stay current with Ferrari technical training, certifications, and service bulletins Qualifications & Skills Ferrari factory training and current Master Technician certification (or equivalent experience) Extensive experience diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems Exceptional technical expertise with high-performance and exotic vehicles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Meticulous attention to detail and workmanship Professional demeanor consistent with Ferrari brand standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Experience 3+ years of luxury or exotic automotive technician experience Advanced Ferrari certifications and ongoing factory training Experience serving as a lead technician or technical specialist
Pay:
$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
