We are looking for an experienced Service & Repair Plumbing Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, provides excellent customer service, and wants to grow with a professional team. This position is specifically for a plumber with experience working in a professional service-and-repair plumbing company . This is not an entry-level or new-construction plumbing position. The right candidate understands the service environment: receiving dispatched jobs, reviewing customer and job information in ServiceTitan, diagnosing plumbing problems, completing repairs and installations, communicating professionally with customers, documenting work, and properly closing out jobs. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair solutions Install and replace traditional and tankless water heaters Install, repair, and replace water lines Install, repair, and replace gas lines Perform sewer repairs and replacements Perform sewer camera inspections Operate drain-cleaning and sewer equipment Install and replace toilets, faucets, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components Review estimates, scopes of work, and work orders Complete sold plumbing work according to the approved scope Identify unexpected field conditions and communicate them promptly Prepare necessary materials, tools, and equipment for assigned jobs Perform required testing before completing installations and repairs Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company procedures Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Protect customers' homes and businesses while performing work Complete job photos, notes, forms, and documentation accurately in ServiceTitan Communicate professionally with customers regarding work being performed Maintain company vehicle, tools, materials, and equipment Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship Take ownership of assigned jobs from start to finish Assist other technicians and crews when needed Required Qualifications & Experience Applicants must have: Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing service and repair experience Previous experience working for a professional service-and-repair plumbing company Hands-on ServiceTitan experience Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with traditional and tankless water heaters Water-line repair and replacement experience Gas-line repair and replacement experience Sewer repair and replacement experience Sewer camera inspection experience Experience operating drain and sewer equipment Commercial plumbing experience Experience repairing and replacing toilets, faucets, valves, fixtures, and other plumbing components Ability to understand and follow estimates, scopes of work, and work orders Ability to work independently and complete assigned jobs from start to finish Strong attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills Professional communication and customer-service skills Ability to perform physically demanding plumbing work Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience That Is a Plus Experience with the following is preferred but not required : Trenchless sewer replacement Epoxy pipe lining and coating ALMCO Plumbing can provide training in our trenchless and epoxy systems. Compensation Pay:

$30.00-$35.00 per hour Starting pay will be determined based on relevant service-and-repair plumbing experience and qualifications. Ongoing compensation within the $30.00-$35.00 hourly range will also be based on demonstrated performance and achievement of company KPIs . Performance may be evaluated based on factors such as: Quality of workmanship Productivity and efficiency Job completion Customer service Proper ServiceTitan documentation Attendance and reliability Safety Overall job performance Employees who consistently meet or exceed company performance expectations will have the opportunity to progress within the hourly pay range.
