This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic and electrical systems across various equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in electrical diagnostics, electronic equipment testing, and the use of diagnostic tools. You will play a vital role in ensuring optimal system performance, minimizing downtime, and delivering exceptional service to clients. This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced electrical systems and contribute to the reliability of critical electronic infrastructure. Duties Conduct comprehensive electrical diagnostics using specialized tools such as multimeters, ohmmeters, and schematics to identify system faults. Perform repairs on electrical equipment, including troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems and electronic components. Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment for precise electronic repairs and component replacements. Test electronic systems and equipment to verify proper operation following repairs or maintenance procedures. Provide field service support by installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic systems at client sites. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex electronic or electrical problems using engineering troubleshooting techniques. Maintain detailed service records, including diagnostic findings, repair actions, and parts used. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all repair activities, adhering to industry standards for electrical safety. Communicate clearly with clients regarding repair processes, system status, and maintenance recommendations. Skills Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, ohmmeters, and oscilloscopes for electrical troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of electrical diagnostics, schematic reading, and interpretation of electrical blueprints. Experience with field service operations involving electronic equipment testing and maintenance. Skilled in the use of hand tools, soldering irons, and electrical soldering techniques for precise repairs. Ability to read and interpret complex schematics related to electrical systems and electronic circuits. Familiarity with AC/DC electrical systems, computer hardware integration, and computer networking fundamentals. Demonstrated experience as a service technician with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Knowledge of engineering troubleshooting methods for resolving intricate electronic or electrical issues. Ability to work independently in diverse environments while maintaining safety standards.
