The ideal candidate will possess a background in field service, electrical and plumbing knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain the various well pump systems. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using and ensuring optimal performance of equipment. Reading and writing is a must.

Duties Perform installation of various type of well pumps, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in various industrial settings. Conduct, maintain and troubleshoot well pumps, control boxes and plumbing issues. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations. Adhere to safety protocols while working in potentially hazardous environments. Requirements Proven experience in field service or as an industrial electrician and plumbing is preferred. Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing and well pump systems and their maintenance requirements. Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pumps, electrical and plumbing issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
