We're hiring immediately for an experienced Automotive Technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles right the first time — especially electrical, driveability, and emissions-related issues — delivering efficient, dependable results our customers can count on. What You'll Do Diagnose driveability, electrical, and emissions-related concerns quickly and accurately across a wide range of makes and models Complete repairs correctly the first time — minimizing comebacks, maximizing customer trust Perform smog inspections and emissions repairs in full compliance with state requirements Manage your workflow to hit productivity targets without cutting corners on quality Document findings, recommendations, and completed work clearly for service advisors and customers Keep your bay clean, organized, and safe Build lasting trust with the customers and families who depend on us What You Bring 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience Strong, proven diagnostic skills — you chase root causes, not symptoms Current Smog License (required) Current ASE Master Certification (required) Clear, professional communication — written and verbal A strong work ethic and genuine commitment to doing the job right Ability to pass a background check Potential candidates could grow into a shop foreman role down the road.
