Come create your career with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for an Equipment Technician at Temecula, CA 92591 As an Equipment Technician you will: Respond to assembly line equipment repair requests by diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs. Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability. Document equipment repairs, upgrades, qualifications, and maintenance history using the MP2 maintenance database. Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure backup equipment is available when needed. Support manufacturing, industrial, and quality engineers with equipment operation and troubleshooting. Provide feedback and recommendations to equipment development teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency. Assist with assembly line setup, workstation modifications, utility installations, and equipment integration. Modify existing manufacturing lines to support changing production requirements. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related equipment issues. Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and equipment reliability. Mentor and support junior technicians and team members. Prioritize maintenance activities and manage multiple assignments effectively. Follow all quality system requirements, safety regulations, and company procedures. This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.

Minimum of 4 years of maintenance, manufacturing, or equipment technician experience. Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs. Experience documenting maintenance activities using CMMS systems (MP2 or similar). Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Payrate Range in Between - $30 - $34 /hourly
