We're seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Cell Phone Repair Technician for our cell phone and electronics repair store. In this role, you will be part of a team that leverages your technical skills to perform hands-on device repairs. Key Responsibilities As a Cell Phone RepairTechnician, you will be the driving force behind the store's operations and technical services.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.

Sales & Customer Service:

Proactively engage with customers to assess their needs, recommend products/services, and resolve any issues or escalations professionally. Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly goals.

Technical Services:

Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of electronic devices (phones, tablets, computers, game consoles, etc.). Perform various repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, back glass replacements, charging ports etc., all while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Operations & Marketing:

Order parts/supplies, maintain the store's appearance and visual displays, and assist with local marketing efforts, including social media updates. Qualifications & Skills We're looking for a motivated and adaptable cell phone repair technician:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of retail cell phone repair experience. Proven experience in technical support or repair of electronic devices.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Expert problem-solving and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic computer skills. Knowledge of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android), hardware, and repair tools/techniques. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
