As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will: + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues + Diagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systems + Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service + Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents + Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards + Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates + Participate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting

Fox Run Compensation & Incentives:

Base Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour + Up to 50% Rent Discount + Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions +

Morgan Essentials:

$300 quarterly +

On-Call Appreciation:

$15/day for holding the on-call phone + Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits + 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match + Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 paid holidays and sick leave

Hours & Schedule:

+ Monday -

Friday:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Rotating paid on-call participation required + Must be available to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needs + Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What We'll Expect From You:

+ Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance + EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred + Working knowledge of HVAC , plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry + Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation + Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community + Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment #AC5307 If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
