Experienced Powersports Technician SRQ Full Throttle Powersports - Bradenton, FL SRQ Full Throttle Powersports is seeking an experienced, dependable Powersports Technician to join our growing shop. We work on motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, e-bikes, electric dirt bikes, and other recreational vehicles. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior mechanical experience and be able to diagnose and complete repairs accurately without constant supervision. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, and starting-system problems Perform routine maintenance and complete repairs Service motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, and electric powersports vehicles Complete brake, suspension, drivetrain, tire, carburetor, fuel-injection, and electrical repairs Use diagnostic equipment and service information when necessary Clearly document recommended repairs, parts needed, and completed work Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Inspect completed work and verify that vehicles operate safely Communicate professionally with management and other team members Treat every customer's vehicle with care and respect Requirements Previous professional mechanical or powersports repair experience is required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Ability to perform repairs correctly and efficiently Knowledge of both carbureted and fuel-injected systems Basic electrical diagnostic experience Must have personal hand tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely move, lift, and work around motorcycles and powersports equipment Dependable, organized, and able to complete assigned work Must take pride in workmanship and stand behind completed repairs Experience with Harley-Davidson, metric motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, e-bikes, or electric powersports equipment is a major plus.
