Role Description This is a full-time role for a Repair Technician at Gadget Guys in Gainesville, Florida. We are seeking individuals passionate about electronics and aspiring to grow professionally. The Repair Technician will preform electronics repairs, and troubleshooting tasks for various electronic devices, such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, and game consoles. Primary Responsibilities Conduct general electronics repair and troubleshooting tasks. Diagnose and resolve technical issues across a range of electronic devices. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and timelines. Maintain detailed records of repairs and service tasks. Qualifications Experience in electronics repair and troubleshooting In-depth knowledge of electronic components and technology Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Detail-oriented and organized Capable of wo rking independently and collaboratively within a team Effective communication and customer service skills Compensation Starting pay is $16 per hour along with tip and commission opportunities. Payments are made weekly.
