Service Technician/Garage Door Installer Pay:
$18.00 to $25.00
DOE Job Description:
As a Garage Door Installer/Service Technician at Lester's Garage Doors, teammates play a key role in providing excellent customer service. The position includes installing residential garage doors to meet Florida hurricane codes, Genie Professional model garage door openers, and providing service to repair garage doors and openers. Work location is Alachua County, FL with some exceptions. The duties / responsibilities that accompany this position include: Load/unload material Diagnosing door/opener related problems Sales of parts for required repairs Install and service garage doors and openers Full time only General work hours 7 AM
  • 4 PM, Monday
  • Friday Hiring Requirements:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years experience Must be able to safely lift and carry very heavy objects Good communication skills, and basic math skills Basic construction skills
  • Must be able to read a tape measure, work with hand tools, power tools, climb ladder. Transportation to / from work daily Clear drug test, approved background check, and clean driving history will be required, prior to hiring. Valid Florida Drivers License required
  • The employee must have a valid driver's license to drive their personal vehicle or a company vehicle as required by the employer to various worksite locations.
Tools must be provided by applicant if hired. Before hire, applicant must pass a drug test and background check. We are a Drug-free Work place. Valid Florida Driver's License req uired. Pay /
Benefits:
