Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of all equipment and infrastructure Ensure compliance with company standards and governmental regulations Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve fuel system and appliance issues Conduct installation and maintenance of propane and refined fuel systems Document service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records Offer exceptional customer service, responding to customer issues and questions in a timely manner Required Skills Proven technical skills in appliance and fuel system repair Strong troubleshooting abilities Effective communication and customer service skills Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the energy sector Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
