About the Role Techy Port Charlotte is a cell phone and electronics repair shop located inside Walmart Supercenter at 375 Kings Hwy, Port Charlotte, FL 33983. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electronics & Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and other electronics
- Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, and charging port repairs
- Remove viruses and malware; perform data backups and transfers
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced Walmart retail environment
- Accurately document repairs and communicate timelines to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- All repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty Requirements
- Experience in electronics or cell phone repair preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a high-traffic retail environment What We Offer
