Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various systems and tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of different tasks. Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on RV units. Troubleshoot issues related to RVs, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Utilize welding skills for repairs as needed on equipment components (not a necessity but a bonus). Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations. Drive company van to various mobile job sites while adhering to safety regulations and best practices. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Knowledge and experience in a variety of trades Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and equipment repair techniques. Willing to learn and advance your current skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving the company van. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
