Job Description

TriBridge Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for the Luca St. Augustine property, located in St. Augustine, FL. TriBridge is a full-service multifamily investment, management, and development company based in Atlanta, GA. It currently manages approximately 7,000 units and $1.3 billion in assets. The firm focuses on Southeast markets and provides a vertically integrated platform with a 25+ year track record through its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Requirements:
Must have multi-family experience A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to read and write English HVAC certification is required The ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential Must own required tools Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces essential Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assume emergency on-call duties Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager Required education: High school diploma or equivalent Required experience:
