Your responsibilities will include helping customers choose the right products and providing technical support and repairs for various electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming shopping environment.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable electronic products and accessories.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services for electronic devices.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and industry trends.
- Handle transactions accurately and maintain sales records.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure the store is organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Educate customers on product usage and features.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on company promotions, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or electronics is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
