The successful candidates will have a strong background in garage doors with the abilities to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.

Responsibilities:

By working closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager and installation apprentices, you will complete jobs on time Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business Ensure jobs are properly completed; complete checklists within our system Maintain a clean, organized job site and correct inventory on truck Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training Train and mentor teammates to ensure on-time, high quality installations Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations

Requirements:

Experience in Commercial Garage Door Service preferred Working knowledge of various types of commercial garage doors, including their components, operating systems, and safety mechanisms or willingness to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently, efficiently and manage time and priorities Knowledgeable about safety regulations and commitment to adhere to those regulations to maintain a safe work environment
