We are building a team of electricians who can be trusted to run a call professionally from beginning to end. That means diagnosing the problem correctly, communicating clearly with the customer, presenting legitimate options, performing clean and safe electrical work, documenting the job, and finishing what you started. We want electricians who take pride in what their name is attached to. You do not have to know everything. You do need to be dependable, coachable, willing to improve, comfortable communicating with customers, and willing to take ownership of your results. Boswell Electric Service Technician:

Arrives prepared and on time. Diagnoses electrical problems accurately. Communicates findings in language customers can understand. Provides legitimate options instead of simply quoting one solution. Confidently asks for the work without pressuring the customer. Performs safe, clean, code-compliant electrical work. Tests and verifies work before leaving. Takes required photos and completes job documentation. Keeps tools, vehicles, and jobsites organized. Protects the customer's home or business. Leaves the work area clean. Owns mistakes and helps correct them. Accepts coaching and continues improving. Finishes what they start. Objectives As an Electrical Service Technician, you will: Run residential and light commercial electrical service calls. Diagnose electrical failures and safety concerns. Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment. Explain findings and recommended solutions to customers. Create or communicate accurate estimates. Sell appropriate electrical repairs and improvements. Perform electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and installations. Complete jobs according to Boswell Electric workmanship and safety standards. Document completed work, materials, photos, and customer communication. Maintain an organized company vehicle and work area. Communicate job status and delays promptly. Work with helpers and other technicians when assigned. Participate in company training, coaching, and performance improvement. Competencies We hire for more than technical ability.

Ability to complete electrical work safely and efficiently. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Service experience, sales experience, electrical licensing, certifications, and advanced technical training are highly valued.
