Job Summary:
In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of Games of Skill machines. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and support our commitment to providing excellent customer service to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Travel to repair, service, or swap the Games of Skills inside of locations throughout the district
  • Keeps track of game parts and tools needed for repairs/service
  • Perform essential duties for preventive maintenance when required
  • Loads and unloads games to locations to swap inventory due to repairs/service
  • May perform other duties as directed by the Director of Operations Experience/ Qualifications
  • Must have a valid state issued driver's license
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record report
  • Must be a team player and effectively communicate
  • Must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to safely lift and move machines and accessories up to 300 pounds using a hand truck
  • Must be able to work at heights that may exceed 5 feet
  • Must be able to sustain periods of standing, walking, kneeling and bending for any length of time
  • Must pay attention to details and have organizational skills
  • Must be able to effectively and safely use hand tools
  • Must be trainable and able to receive directives and constructive feedback
Training/Education:
    High School Diploma/ GED Pay:
    $25.48 - $30.00 per hour
