Full Job Description Summary:

Perform general maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and building controls, corrective and preventative maintenance of equipment, painting and wall patching, tile installation, and snow removal. Utility maintenance / custodian (Service Technician) Some custodial work Able to work some Holidays Able to communicate verbal and in writing also writing (English) IL Motor vehicle driving license Able and willing to cover weekends when needed Change work as directed by supervisors or managers to comply with customer requests or deal with unforeseen circumstances.

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday - Friday (6:30am - 3:00pm) .

Requirements:

Must pass a background check, reliably communite and handle the physical workload. Must be dependable and possess a strong work ethic. Prefer previous cleaning experience.
