- $1,500 + Service Technician II
- $2,500 + Service Technician III
- $3,500 + Service Technician IV
- $4,500 The sign-on bonus is earned through continued employment and paid in installments after 30, 90, and 180 days , provided eligibility requirements are met.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- + Mount/Dismount/Install tires & tire/wheel assemblies + Load/Unload tires on and off trucks + Repair Tires + Follow established procedures to inspect tires and wheels before and after service.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- + Must be 18 years or older + Valid Driver's License + Ability to pass a DOT physical + The ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
- + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1-2 years of tire service technician experience + CDL License a plus + TIA certification Work Environment & Physical Requirements + Work hours are generally 7-5 Monday
- Friday.
