For more information on our company, visit www.unduitwireless.com/jobs Job Summary Conduct repairs by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring all QA SOPs are met 100%. This job has all the repairs you love working on WITHOUT the customer facing, retail setting. This role will be to conduct enterprise device repairs in a centralized location at our processing center. Previous experience with repairing Laptops, tablets, PC, Mac, chrome books, and Cell Phones are required. Experience with game consoles, and the ability to solder is preferred. All materials necessary to complete your daily tasks are provided for you. We strive to have an excellent work life balance for our team so minimal overtime, weekend, or holiday hours is needed. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Dell, HP, Apple, and Samsung devices Assist the Ops team with device eraser process using Blanco or Phone Check software Ensure all QC checks are completed to minimize any warranty returns Maintain a positive work environment Answer internal and external communications with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor Ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality repairs; With the ability to self-lead projects Position Requirements 1 year professional experience with troubleshooting/repairing electronics or product service support Strong oral and written communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; you may need to work on your own initiative or collaborate as part of a team if a project needs it Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other general office equipment Reliable transportation Multitasking Preferred Competencies High attention to detail Action Oriented Integrity and Trust Perseverance Organized Knowledge of MacOS/OS X & iOS Previous knowledge or experience repairing Apple iDevices Previous knowledge or experience repairing mobile devices Ability to lift 15/20 pounds Ability to commute/relocate: Lisle, IL 60532: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
